Good afternoon band and guard families,
Please find attached our best approach at assisting you with personal fundraising for your band/guard student fees. We work really hard as a booster board to create succuessful fundraising efforts to support the band through sponsorships and the various fundraisers we have throught the year. We earn that money to support our growing and thriving band programs at the middle school and high school levels. Our success in raising money directly benefits you in lower band fees for participation and trips; instruments available for your student to use; and fabulous clinicians and instructors to teach your students (to name a few). We are tasked each year with the job of earning $65,000-$70,000 to support the band. Please take a moment to read the attached document which will be posted to the band website as well. We will distribute a copy to your student in the near future so that you can have a copy in hand. You will also find attached instructions on setting up your own personal GoFundMe page if you choose to use that option to raise money for band.
