We’re excited to be hosting the NWAPA Championship Show, and we need all families in our band community grades 6-12 to to make it a success! These events are only possible because of the support of our amazing parent community.
Most volunteer shifts are short and simple, and every role helps create a great experience for our students and guests. If you have a couple of hours to spare, we would truly appreciate your help.
We are hosting over 20 schools with 500+ performers. So if you have never seen a Winter Percussion Show, this is your opportunity to help the band raise funds for next year and see some great performances.
Volunteering gets you FREE admission for you to also enjoy the event!
Here are some of the roles we need:
Parking Lot – Help direct teams and spectators to the correct parking lots.
Ticket Sales – Monitor and assist with entrance ticket sales.
Door Monitors – Monitor entrance and exit doors for spectator and unit entry into the performance area
Concessions Help – Sell food and drinks at the Concessions stand(s).
First Aid – Assists with basic first aid as needed.
Clean Up – Help us clean up at the end of the night, by taking down signs, putting supplies away etc.
