If you are a parent or student with an account:
Online ordering instructions
1. Go to www.charmsoffice.com
2. Locate the “PARENT/STUDENT/MEMBERS LOGIN” section of the web page on the top right corner.
3. Login to your account using school code sherwoodbands or create one if you have not done so. To create an account: the default password to login will be your student’s Sherwood school District ID (which can be found on ParentVue). You will be prompted to change the password to one of your choosing.
4. Click on the “On-line Store” icon. Select the items you wish to purchase.
5. Click on “Check-out” to complete your purchase using PayPal or a credit card.
***Please note: if you will NOT be paying by PayPal and want to use a regular credit card, please see the following…within the PayPal portal you may select your option to pay with a credit card or your PayPal account.

To shop as a guest on Charms:
1. Click on the link to the website:
2. Load up cart with items you want to purchase. Then click on “logon to check out”
3. Next, click on ‘parent/student’ or NO
4. Either log in to your account or click on the third option (highlighted blue) to open an account to finish your transaction.
