Congratulations to the Wind Ensemble members who prepared so well and performed fantastic on stage at the OSAA Band Contest on Saturday. It was a packed house, Matthew Maslanka was in the hall listening, and the W.E. members were treated to a standing ovation. Earning 3rd place is a huge deal and humbling honor. Bravo to our student musicians!
Thank you to our section coaches and lessons teachers for helping us to get here and for the guest clinicians who worked with the Wind Ensemble throughout the year.
Thank you to the Band Boosters whose support allow us to have all of the instruments, music, and support staff we need to elevate to this level. Being in the top 3 for two years running is a challenging task. Without booster support, we wouldn’t be able to climb as high as we have!
