Good Afternoon Band Families,
The wreath and poinsettia fundraiser is now finished. The deadline to turn orders and payment in is TODAY, but we have extended it to TOMORROW MORNING IN THE BAND ROOM BY 8:00 a.m. Please make sure your student turns them in to the lock box by then so that we can fill the orders. Thank you.
If you ordered and paid for concert attire, I will be in the band room after school tomorrow, Thursday, November 10th right after school. I will also be available to give concert attire to students after the Marching Band Awards Banquet in the commons tomorrow evening. Please have your student pick up their attire and make sure it fits this week so that if there are sizing issues, we will be able to resolve them before the first concert.
IF YOUR BAND STUDENT HAS NOT ORDERED OR ACQUIRED THE APPROPRIATE ATTIRE FOR THEIR ENSEMBLE, THIS MUST BE DONE BY THIS WEEK SO THAT IT WILL BE READY FOR THE FIRST CONCERT.
FOR THE BOYS THE ATTIRE REQUIREMENT IS AS FOLLOWS:
Bowmen Band: Black Shirt, Black Tie, Black Slacks, Black Dress Shoes and Socks.
Concert Band: Black Shirt, Black Tie, Black Vest, Black Slacks, Black Dress Shoes and Socks.
Wind Ensemble: Tuxedo, Black Shirt, Black Tie, Black Vest, Burgundy Pocket Square (provided by boosters), black dress shoes and socks.
