We still could use one more driver to haul music stands to the TRL band festival tomorrow afternoon. Load time would be 12:45pm. Newberg HS doesn’t have enough stands for all festival needs (performance & sight reading room), which is why we are taking some with us. Below is a copy paste of the original note that went out:
Wind Ensemble Members & Parents – Our TRL Festival performance will be at 3:30pm on Tuesday, April 12th. This year’s festival is at NEWBERG HS. Students should bring snacks for after they perform. Parents, please let me know if you are available to chaperone. I need our vibraphone to be transported to Newberg HS and 15 music stands. I believe transportation for our other major equipment is already being taken care of.

1:40 – Arrive
2:00 – Observe Tigard & West Linn
3:00 – Warmup
3:30 – Performance
4:00 – Sight Reading Room
4:30 – Pack up Equipment
5:00 – Observe Tualatin & Canby
6:15 – Load Equipment, Bus & Return
6:55 – Arrive at SHS
