We are looking for a few creative fun people to help out, and I know that describes almost all of you!! We especially need someone to organize the decorations.
Auction Coordinator – Requests for donations have already been sent, with many items already received! The Auction Coordinator will put together auction items/baskets and arrange the auction tables the night of the event. There is minimal paperwork to prepare for check out, and forms are already created. If you are creative with arranging items and the auction tables, let me know!
Volunteer Coordinator – Partner with the current volunteer coordinator. Volunteer requests will be taken care of. Responsibilities for the volunteer coordinator are the night of the event…greeting volunteers, handing out nametags, and pointing them in the right direction.
Tickets – Partner with the current Ticket coordinator. Prepare packets of Swingin’ with Spaghetti tickets for students. Keep track of ticket sales for SHS and middle schools. Prepare all raffle tickets.
Decorating – Coordinate the set up volunteers to arrange the tables and decorate for Swingin’ with Spaghetti. There is a map of the event for easy set up, and decorations with photos from last year are available for use or inspiration.
