Attire: Show Shirts, Jeans, Athletic Shoes. (baselayer underneath the show shirts is ok).
Itinerary Friday, September 18th
3:45 – Call Time for SHS Band & Student Leadership
4:00 – Middle School Call Time/Greet middle school students.
4:10 – Welcome Middle Schoolers in band room at SHS.
4:20 – Walk to Baseball field
4:35 – Practice Halftime on baseball field. SHS Students also practice pregame.
5:15 – Walk back to Band Room & Eat Dinner
6:15 – Line up to walk out to bleachers
6:20 – Walk out to bleachers & setup.
6:40 – Drumline goes to locker rooms. Line up to tunnels.
6:55 – National Anthem & Fight Song
7:00 – Game Begins
HS & MS Band Members will perform at halftime together
9:30 – Approx. Game is Over – Band & Front Ensemble goes home (Front ensemble cymbal players stay).
11:00 – Drumline setup in Main Gym
11:25 – KATU Broadcast begins
12:00 – We are done, packed up, and ready to go home.
