The Marching Bowmen will be on the field this Friday ready to entertain the crowd and support our team!
Due to the amount of planning needed for the first game, we will begin our preparation for the night right after school. Our food committee will provide students with dinner. Please make sure all students have proper attire for underneath the uniforms (shorts, black t-shirt, black socks)

| 3:15pm | Band to the baseball field | – Section leaders here at 3pm to set-up- Pit to the baseball field |
| 4:15pm | Head back to the band room | |

| 5pm | Uniform demonstration | |
| 5:15pm | Issue uniforms | – Do this by sections to allow for section leaders to help- Drum Majors first to be dressed |
| 6pm | Warm-up in the band room | – Have section leaders check uniforms- Bring stands to bleachers
– Set up percussion in the stands

| 6:40pm | Perform “Shout it Out” | – Immediately go to tunnel set-up following song- Percussion to the locker room |
| 6:45pm | Tunnel | Quickly set up for National Anthemafter team enters field |
