Congratulations to Ryan Filinger-Palotay, for being the co-winner of the Oregon State Music Composition Contest. Ryan's composition "Hymn to a Rising Dawn" was selected out of several compositions from across the state and will be recognized at the Oregon Music Educator's Convention in February.
