Dear Parents & Band Members, Our 9th, 10th, and 11th grade band students which comprise the Graduation Ceremony Band will be performing at two graduation ceremonies on Friday, June 11. Our Band Boosters will be feeding our members dinner in between ceremonies.

SHS parking lot will be very busy both when you arrive and when you leave.
Afternoon/Evening Itinerary:
2:00 – Call Time/Setup Performing Area (Anticipation: Parking lot might be a bit chaotic)
2:30 – Warmup, Tune, Walk Out Together
2:45 – Perform Background/Prelude Music
3:00 – Ceremony Begins (Processionals, National Anthem)
3:50 – Approx. Ceremony #1 Over
4:30 – Students fed dinner by Boosters
5:30 – Rewarm, Tune, Walk Out Together
5:45 – Perform Background/Prelude Music
6:00 – Ceremony Begins (Processionals, National Anthem)
6:50 – Approx. Ceremony #2 Over
7:00 – Cleanup
7:20 – Approximate time band students dismissed to go home
