Good Evening Band Families!
We are in the early stages of planning for our Annual Swingin’ The Green Event on Thursday, April 8th beginning at 7pm. This year, the event will be a virtual one, complete with student performances and a robust online auction. Be sure to save the date, as everyone is welcome to watch the auction and performances for FREE. Of course, we’d love to have you participate in the auction as well – more details on how to register will be coming closer to the event date.
We are looking for your input on possible trip packages. Knowing your interest will help us select packages that would be most popular. Please take a few moments to complete this simple survey to indicate your preferences.
Finally – if you, your workplace, or anyone you know, would like to donate items for auction (stays at a vacation home, experiences or excusions, products, baskets, etc.) or would like to be involved as a sponsor – please contact our Event Chair, Liz Busby at swingin.sherwoodbands@gmail.com
We are really looking forward to continuing the tradition of this event, even though it will look a bit different this year, and are working to make it as successful as we possibly can – and we can’t do that without your support!
