Student Itinerary – Friday, January 17
9:15 – Group Meeting/Warmup in Band Room
10:15 – Pack up & eat.
10:40 – Load Bus
11:00 – Depart for Eugene
1:15 – Arrive in Eugene
2:15 – Sound Check
2:45 – Break
3:30 – Concert
5:15 – Concert Over, Load
5:45pm Depart for Putter’s
7:45pm – Load Bus & Return to Sherwood
9:45pm – Arrive at SHS
Student Needs: Lunch, Concert Attire, Performing Equipment

The concert hour performances during the OMEA session are not advertised as public performances. To do so brings with it some additional charges from the Hult Center (ushers, ticketing, etc.) Instead, the performances are officially for conference attendees.
