Dear Wind Ensemble & Concert Band Members & Parents, Below is an itinerary for our festival at Western Oregon University on Friday, April 5th. Students, please come to school on Friday in concert attire and pack a sack lunch and snacks. There will be some considerable downtime for each ensemble, so please feel free to bring homework!
- 8:00 – Students go to 1st period class
- 9:15 – Call Time in Band Room/Pack Up
- 9:40 – Load Buses – Buddy Check, Music, Instrument, Mutes, Percussion Equipment
- 10:00 – Depart from Sherwood
- 11:05 – Arrive & Unpack
- 11:45 – Observe South Salem
- 12:15 – Eat Sack Lunch
- 12:50 – W.E. Warmup
- 1:30 – W.E. Performance/C.B. Observe W.E.
- 2:05 – Clinic/C.B. Get Instruments
- 2:20 – C.B. Warmup/W.E. Packup Instruments
- 3:00 – C.B. Perform/W.E. Observe C.B.
- 3:35 – C.B. Clinic/W.E. Observe Rex Putnam
- 4:00 – C.B. Packup
- 4:15 – Load Bus & Depart
- 5:25 – Arrive at SHS
