Good evening MB families –
Our first competition is just days away and we have a fleet of amazing new sideline screens that need to be primed and painted to prevent rust. A huge thank you to Tim Voorhies and his business SteelTek and Scott Cordier for making these screens!
We will be under the football stadium starting at 9:00 a.m. this Saturday, so when you are dropping off your student for rehearsal, park your car and come help us out.
Here are the items we hope to accomplish Saturday:
– prime and hopefully paint sideline screens. (Sponge brushes will be provided, if you prefer paintbrushes, please bring one).
– shift track hurdles over so our prop fits right inside the gate for easy access. (Bring Work gloves)

**on another note…if you have signed up to assist with pit crew at football games or competitions, please be watching for an email for instructions and a training session next Wednesday night. IF YOU ARE NOT NOTIFIED OF THAT MEETING by Sunday night, please reach out to me or Erich so you don’t miss any information.
