Friday, August 31st
1:00 – Baseball Field Rehearsal – Warmup, On & Off Process Reviewed – Chunk Through Show.
4:30 – Transition back to band room
5:00 – Dinner
5:45 – Uniforms
6:40 – Line Up/Pick Up Shako and go to Bleachers
6:45 – Drumline goes to Locker rooms & Band goes to tunnels with SL’s – duts.
6:55 – National Anthem & Fight Song
7:00 – Game Starts
9:15 – Approx. Game Over/Packup
9:30 – Go Home
Wednesday, August 29th
11:00-3:15 – Rehearsal
5:40 – Call Time for Performance
5:45 – Uniform Presentation
6:30 – Independent Warmups
7:00 – Show Begins: Director Welcome, Winds, Colorguard, Percussion, Show
7:45 – Pack-up
8:05 – Approx. student’s dismissed
