Dear Wind Ensemble Members & Parents, Below is an itinerary for our festival at Western Oregon University on Friday, April 6th. Students, please come to school on Friday in concert attire and pack a sack lunch and snacks.
WOU Band Festival – Friday, April 6th
7:30am – Call Time in Band Room
7:45 – Rehearsal/Warmup
8:30 – Pack Up
8:40 – Load Buses – Buddy Check, Music, Instrument, Mutes, Percussion Equipment
9:00 – Depart from Sherwood
10:15 – Arrive & Unpack
10:45 – Observe Sam Barlow, North Bend
11:45 – Eat Sack Lunch
12:20 – Warmup
1:00 – Performance
1:30 – Clinic
2:15 – Load Bus & Depart
3:35 – Arrive at SHS
