Dinner tickets are $15 each. This includes entree, salad, bread, beverage and dessert. All of our middle and high school jazz ensembles will be performing throughout the evening. It’s a lot of fun!!
This year, we are going to sell raffle tickets for the chance to win a 55” TV!! This is a Samsung UHD TV, 8 Series, 4K with a Smart HUB! Tickets are $10 each.
–SHS students have received dinner and raffle tickets to sell Please have them sell their tickets to you if you are attending, they are accountable for returning all unsold tickets or the cash equivalent for the tickets by Monday, January 22!
– Middle school families who are interested in purchasing dinner or raffle tickets may do so through any SHS band student, or by communicating with Mr. Dyer or Mr. Angeloni, who will have tickets on hand for purchase.
– There are volunteer opportunities for those that want to help out with this fun event. Please see this link: http://signup.com/go/tTLOVOT and sign up for your spot now. It’s a fun night of volunteering, and if your student is performing, we will make sure you are able to enjoy their performance. In general, middle school jazz bands perform in the first half of the evening, and SHS jazz bands perform in the second half. The volunteer positions are only for a portion of the evening, so there is plenty of time to enjoy your friends and family at dinner, and check out the auction items.
-See’s Chocolate Sales are also happening right now. Your high school band students have the order forms in their backpacks. Up to 50% of your chocolate purchase will be donated to the band. Please sell chocolate at your places of work and friends and neighbors! The orders will be delivered to you student on February 5 so that they can deliver to their buyers in time for Valentine’s Day! See’s will also be at Swingin’ with Spaghetti to sell chocolates.
– We have been collecting some amazing auction items from some very generous band supporters!! NEW this year: we will be doing an online Auction catalog.. Watch for that link. There is truly something for everyone. More details coming on auction items next week.
