Dear Jazz Fans,
A friendly reminder that Clay Jenkins is coming to Newberg, Oregon! He’s played trumpet with Stan Kenton, Buddy Rich, the Count Basie Band, the Clayton/Hamilton Jazz Orchestra, and many more!
The George Fox University Jazz Ensemble is performing in concert with Clay Jenkins for our annual Evening of Jazz concert on November 11th at 7:30pm in Bauman Auditorium on the Newberg Campus (414 N. Meridian St.). Tickets are $12 general/ $8 students and alumni/$6 seniors, and can be purchased at the door or in advance HERE.
Clay Jenkins will also be presenting a free public masterclass at 4:30pm on Friday, November 10th in the Ross Building, Room 208, GFU Newberg Campus. Middle school and high school students who attend the masterclass will receive a FREE TICKET voucher for the Saturday evening concert!
