Good evening band families!
Thank you for your responses regarding the upcoming band trip! Our roster is complete with 98 students attending. Please remember to keep current on your payments ($100 deposit, $220 due by 9/1/17; 10/1/17; 11/1/17; 1/1/18; and 2/1/18). We have already made ticket purchases and hotel deposits, we need your students money to continue to pay for our reservations and accommodations.
Brant will post this e-mail on the website, and then I will be going to a closed group of communicating with just parents of students attending the trip. If you do NOT get an informational/itinerary trip e-mail from me this Friday, please e-mail me at email@example.com so that I can keep trip information coming to you!
