7:55 – Meet in Band Room
8:10 – Load Busses – Buddy Check, Music, Instrument, Mutes, Percussion Equipment
8:25 – Depart from Sherwood
9:35 – Arrive & Unpack
10:05 – Warmup
10:45 – Performance
11:20 – Clinic – Concert Band
12:00 – Lunch
1:00 – Observe
2:00 – Load Bus & Depart for Sherwood
3:20 – Arrive at SHS
