Friday, October 23rd –
4th Period – Leadership coordinate taping off bleachers and moving stand racks to bleachers and getting out stages & screens.
3:30 – Baseball Field – Practice Pregame – Run Show
4:45 – Dinner – Percussion First (Double Check Stages are Out)
5:25 – Percussion Uniforms
5:35 – Winds Uniforms (Percussion takes stands out bleachers)
6:00 – Senior Recognition in PAC. All Band & Colorguard Members in PAC.
6:15 – Line Up & Pick Up Shako
6:20 – March Out Together
6:28 – Setup Bleachers
6:42 – Drumline goes to Locker rooms & Band goes to tunnels with SL’s Duts.
6:45 – Winds Line Up To Take Field in Tunnels
6:55 – National Anthem & Fight Song
7:00 – Game Begins – Perform Full Show @ Halftime
9:10 (approx) – Game Over
9:30 (approx) – Students Ready for Pickup
