4th Period – Tape off Bleachers & Setup Music Stands
2:20pm – Leave Class to setup for Parade
2:35 – Arcs in Band Room/Attendance
2:40 – Load Bus & Depart
3:00 – Arrive, Stretch & Warmup
3:30 – Parade
3:50 – Parade Over at SHS
4:00 – Break/Go To Baseball Field to Practice Pregame/Pit Section Rehearsal
4:45 – Dinner – Percussion First (Get Out Stages)
5:35 – Percussion Uniforms
5:45 – Winds Uniforms (Percussion takes stands out bleachers)
6:10 – Line Up & Pick Up Shako
6:15 – March Out Together
6:25 – Setup Bleachers
6:35 – Winds Line Up To Take Field in Tunnels
6:42 – Drumline goes to Locker rooms & Band goes to tunnels with SL’s Duts.
6:55 – National Anthem & Fight Song
