Bowmen Band: Chehalem Valley Band Festival Update & Reminders

Update & Reminders regarding the Chehalem Valley Band Festival this coming Tuesday, May 5th.

Students Need to:

• Itinerary CHANGE: We will be dining at Taco Bell & Wendy’s during the festval on Tuesday. Bring spending money or a sack dinner/snack to eat. 
• Make sure you have turned in these forms to Mr. Stai if you have not already. (Same as trip and marching band forms – If you have already turned them in, then I have them!).
  • Permission to Travel Form (Turn In To Mr. Stai/Same as Marching Band)
  • Medical Release Form (Turn In To Mr. Stai/Same as Marching Band)
• Show up to school on May, 5th in concert attire.

Chehalem Valley Band Festival – Tuesday, May 5^th     

12:20 – Call time in band room in full Concert Attire
12:55 – Load Buses
1:20 – Depart from Sherwood
1:40 – Arrive & Observe Sherwood MS & Cedar Park MS
3:00 – Depart to each dinner.
4:10 – Return to GFU
4:30 – Warmup
5:00 – Performance
5:30 – Workshop
6:10 – Load Bus & Depart for Sherwood
7:00 – Return to Sherwood & Unload
