Bowmen Band – Chehalem Valley Band Festival – Tuesday, May 5th

Dear Band Members and Parents, Here are the details for the Chehalem Valley Band Festival this coming Tuesday, May 5th.

Students Need to:

• Bring $5 (cash) for early dinner to Mr. Stai by Monday, May 4th. Thank you Band Boosters for shopping and preparing the meal! 
• Make sure you have turned in these forms to Mr. Stai if you have not already. (Same as trip and marching band forms – If you have already turned them in, then I have them!).
  • Permission to Travel Form (Turn In To Mr. Stai/Same as Marching Band)
  • Medical Release Form (Turn In To Mr. Stai/Same as Marching Band)
• Show up to school on May, 5th in concert attire.
• Practice relentlessly for the festival!

Parents – I can use some chaperone assistance. Please let me know if you are available. Itinerary for festival is below.

Chehalem Valley Band Festival – Tuesday, May 5^th     

12:20 – Call time in band room in full Concert Attire
12:45 – Load Buses
1:00 – Depart from Sherwood
1:20 – Arrive & Observe Sherwood MS & Cedar Park MS
3:00 – Eat Early Dinner on Campus (Give $5 to Mr. Stai)
4:00 – Observe Other Groups
4:30 – Warmup
5:00 – Performance
5:30 – Workshop
6:10 – Load Bus & Depart for Sherwood
7:00 – Return to Sherwood & Unload
