We love making music and we love band. We dedicate a significant portion of our lives to the things that we love. In band we engage in a lot of various activities and musical experiences. We also try to take the time to stop and remember to be good people and remember the big priorities in our lives. When tragedy strikes our band family or someone in our band family we respond for one another and take the time to reflect.
Outside our Sherwood HS Band Room window now sits an Eastern Redbud tree in honor of Carolyn Ross & the Ross family. May it serve as a constant reminder to appreciate the bigger things in our lives regardless of where we are in our day to day actions and activities.
The Sherwood Band is a family and we are here for one another.
