Sherwood Band Apparel Order Form

Anyone can order their very own SHS Band Apparel whether it be high school students, middle school students, family, friends, or your neighbors!  In addition to T-Shirts and Sweatshirts, we’re offering stadium blankets, stainless steel water bottles and knit hats/beanies. If folks turn their orders in by December 6th, we’ll be able to turn them around in time for the holidays. Read the form for more details.
